Project: High-Execution Hybrid Boardroom & Teams Room Setup

Client Context:

A multinational corporate headquarters located in DLF Cyber City, Gurugram required a state-of-the-art boardroom upgrading from legacy HDMI cables to a modern hybrid conferencing platform.

Business Requirement:

Design a seamless Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) setup accommodating 22 participants. The system had to feature hands-free ceiling audio pickup, voice-tracking PTZ camera integration, simplified touch control for non-technical users, and dual-display commercial monitors.

Supplied Equipment:

Dual 75" LG Commercial Displays, Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling 2 Microphone Array, Harman JBL Professional Ceiling Speakers, Biamp TesiraFORTE AVB DSP Audio System, Crestron Room Automation Processor & Touch Panel, and ATEN AV Switching Matrix.

Delivery & Commissioning Method:

GPSPL performed physical sightline coordinates calculations to mount dual monitors. We ran structured cabling under-floor using shielded Cat6A lines, dressed the AV rack, and calibrated DSP audio echo cancellation to ensure clear voice pickup. Our control programmer compiled customized meeting room automation templates.

Support Outcome:

Delivered 100% video conferencing uptime during executive meetings. Provided complete drawing layouts and ran training tutorials for the in-house IT team. The project is secured under an annual AV AMC support contract with 24-hour on-site standby hardware SLA.
