Project: Large-Scale Smart & Hybrid Classroom Rollout

Client Context:

A premium university campus in Sector 125, Noida required a complete digital transformation across 45 standard classrooms to support hybrid learning and remote teaching workflows.

Business Requirement:

Each classroom needed an interactive display solution that could sync with university cloud files, clear sound amplification so back-row students could hear clearly, auto-tracking cameras for recording lectures, and a centralized control system for IT admins.

Supplied Equipment:

86" LG CreateBoard (TR3ER) Interactive Flat Panels with Android 16 (EDLA), teacher collar microphone systems, Lumens Auto-Tracking PTZ Cameras, classroom audio systems (JBL Wall Speakers & Amplifiers), and Epiphan Lecture Capture Recorders.

Delivery & Commissioning Method:

GPSPL deployed a team of certified engineers who installed heavy-duty steel backplate wall mounts for the 86" panels. We ran structured cabling for camera and audio routing, optimized wireless microphone channels to prevent signal interference between neighboring classrooms, and configured Google Workspace single sign-on (SSO) on CreateBoards.

Support Outcome:

Enabled 100% hybrid classroom readiness. Conducted dedicated teacher orientation workshops across multiple departments. System is supported under a multi-year AMC maintenance contract covering quarterly dust cleaning, firmware upgrades, and OPS module health audits.
