Client Context:
A government public utility monitoring agency in New Delhi NCR needed to establish a unified command and control room to display real-time sensor metrics and city-wide video feeds.
Business Requirement:
Install a massive, high-uptime video wall display system capable of continuous 24/7 operation. The system needed multi-source inputs routing, pixel-perfect alignment, redundant power supplies, and secure console workstation KVM switching.
Supplied Equipment:
Absen 1.2mm Fine Pixel Pitch Active LED Wall (6.4m x 2.7m), Barco Video Wall Controller Processor, ATEN Secure KVM over IP matrix switchers, and dual Luminous Online double-conversion UPS backup units (10kVA each) with redundant battery banks.
Delivery & Commissioning Method:
GPSPL engineered a customized aluminum floor-mount structure to coordinate panel loads. Our team calibrated the active LED wall cabinet tiles for seamless color uniformity, configured redundant power feeds, and integrated KVM switching parameters to allow operators to route any workstation feed to the main LED display wall.
Support Outcome:
